Firestone was awesome at diagnosing my car and figuring out the solution. I had an issue with my throttle body and it was causing my car to shut off occasionally when I braked or slowed down. They also noticed my exhaust was having issues too and fixed it very promptly. I am satisfied with the price, and all the mechanics are very friendly and explanatory, especially to someone who doesn’t know much about cars. Definitely recommend!

My husband and I were traveling through to South Carolina and had an issue with an Oil change/tire service we received the previous day. We stopped later in the evening and explained our situation. They were so quick to take us in and do what they could to take a look and get it resolved. We started going to Firestone for all of our Oil and Tire services because we genuinely haven’t received better and more honest service elsewhere. I’d recommend them time and time again.

It was definitely a 10/10 experience. The customer service I received from Kenny was unmatched!! He listened to each of my concerns and patiently answered ALL of my questions. Even when I called back again to ask another, LOL!! He had everything set up for me for when my car would arrive from the tow. Even with my car arriving hours later they still got it done same day. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!

Recently had my oil change and tire rotation done here. Super fast, well mannered, and very respectful. Chris was my advisor and is super knowledgeable and even informed me of the future tire sales coming up as I am getting close to needing some! Thanks guys!

I’ve been coming to this Firestone location (Concord, NC) for over 5 years and the service has consistently been excellent. The staff is always attentive, informative, honest, and thorough with every visit. They take the time to explain what’s going on with my vehicle without trying to upsell unnecessary services, which I truly appreciate. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can genuinely trust, and this team has earned my loyalty. Highly recommend.
